Who was to be trained? Did they mean for the
American PEOPLE to be trained to accept
martial law? It now looks as though we have
let them know that we have failed that
training!
It now looks as though FEMA is the one who
is getting a lesson. There has been a
massive awakening, and a massive response
from the people. This even includes
organizing among our local law enforcement
and our military.

"hearts and minds" of the people is a
well known goal of those who practice
psychological warfare. In later stages
of occupation the practice is to take
the people by the throat as the pathway
to their "hearts and minds". It looks
as though the enemies of our
republic went for the throat a little

RESPONDING TO COMMENTS ON
FEMA international and federal troops
Some of the comment
concerning this article focuses on a semantic
trick arising from the fact that the word
"troops" was not actually used on the FEMA web
page. This is done, inspite of the fact that the
mission was defined as "will focus exclusively
on terrorism prevention and protection". Such a
function cannot be performed without armed
force. Can we imagine a force for prevention and
protection made up of "observers and advisors".
This is clarified
later as: "NLE 09 will focus on intelligence
and information sharing among intelligence
and law enforcement communities, and between
international, federal, regional, state,
tribal, local and private sector
participants."
The term "troops"
includes both law enforcement and military.
Gestapo storm troopers were militarized
police under the control of the central
government. It is amazing how easily all
governments, including our own, deceive
people with semantics. The Korean war was
called a "police action". Our entry into
Viet Nam was with "observers and advisors".

10th amendment PROHIBITS any

amendment is very clear.
The 10th
amendment PROHIBITS the federal
government from having any other
function, other than those that ARE
SPECIFICALLY GIVEN TO IT, BY THE
CONSTITUTION.
Every DICTATORSHIP gives the law
enforcement function to the
CENTRAL
government. This is the
derivation of the term "POLICE
STATE".
The best
explanation of this is found in:
FBI stands
for Federal Bureau of
INVESTIGATION.
When the
FBI was formed, the FBI was
accepted as constitutional,
on THAT
basis. Their job was to GATHER
EVIDENCE.
That evidence was then turned
over to LOCAL POLICE, who made
the arrests.
The BATF was formed to
administer over the COLLECTION
OF TAXES,
on
alcohol, tobacco and firearms.
The BATF
was not formed to USE firearms
against the American people.
Most
crimes are not "federal" in
jurisdiction.
Yes, there is no doubt that the
scope of the federal government
in law
enforcement HAS been expanded.
Where does it stop?
All
Dictatorships have national
military police; which are under
the command of the central
government ("police state").
Our
founding fathers gave us a
constitution, which entrusted
all that power to local
governments.
The FBI and BATF actions: at
Waco against the Branch
Davidians,
and at
Ruby Ridge against the Weaver
family, are examples of the
developing American Gestapo.
Did we not notice the TANKS AND
FLAME THROWERS that were being
to be used on woman and
children?

The
propaganda machine demonizes
their victims.
The term
"cult member" is just American
for "thought criminal".
Do citizens now risk government
oppression, for unpopular
religious or political beliefs?
Who
decides if your church is a

freedom of religion exist,
if the government can take
it away with the word
"cult"? So what if "cults"
exist?
Are we
free to decide what we want?
NO Charges against the
Branch Davidians were ever
substantiated.
Police
actions, which occur before trials,
must not be executions.
Citizens are
innocent until PROVEN guilty in a
COURT OF LAW.
If we can be
killed in our homes, then there will
never be a trial.
It is the job
of police, to bring those who are
accused of crimes into a court of
law, where they will be given a fair
trial.
It is
NOT the job of police, to KILL
those who are accused of
crimes in the streets or in
their homes, or in anyone else's
home.
There are many federal agencies
that are creating paramilitary
police organizations. These
agencies have now been combined
under the Department of Homeland
Security.
It was
illegal to use the American
military against American
citizens, until they abolished
Posse Comitatus.
Americans
should be aware of this, and
should insist that training be
done in a manner that respects
this reality, and in a manner
that does not create precedents,
or indoctrinate us for a mind
set that would accept the
violation
of this
law.
Constitutional rights:
Freedom of religion
Freedom of speech
Freedom of assembly
The right to keep and
bear arms.
Are NOT dependent on
which religion or ideology
someone believes. If one
group can be liquidated, it
will just be a matter of
time before they get around
YOU.

formalized the creation of the
Gestapo.
