UFOs spotted in news footage following Virginia earthquake [video]

Several UFOs have been spotted in the news footage that aired on August 23, 2011 after the earthquake that struck in Virginia.  First, an unidentified flying object was spotted skipping across the sky toward the Washington Monument, which was damaged by the earthquake.  The footage aired live on CNN, and one viewer noticed an unusual discoloration moving quickly across the sky during the televised broadcast.

That viewer posted the footage on YouTube under the name mstader11.  From UFO seen at Washington Monument following Virginia earthquake :

A helicopter slowly passes over the monument from right to left; its shadow drags across the structure.

A moment after the helicopter finishes making its way across the image, a UFO enters the right side of the video.  The unidentified flying object is moving more quickly than the UFO.  It seems practically to skip across the clouds traveling from right to left, just like the helicopter before it.
